Elizabeth Quay - Gumap - Public Art Walk - Perth City
Noongar people camped at Gumap lighting fires (kaarla) at night on the riverbank. The men would catch fish (djidjit) amongst the rush beds and salt marshes and this site remains important to Noongar people today. Now known as Elizabeth Quay, Gumap has much to offer in the way of dining and entertainment options and is a wonderful place to wander around with family, friends or visitors. Within a short space there are 10 pieces of public art, some of which are very noticeable

John Oldham Park (Goodinup) - Perth City
This gem of a park is hidden around the freeway interchanges in Perth. From Elizabeth Quay Train Station it is about a 20 minute walk along Mounts Bay Road. After passing under the freeway you will see the motorcycle parking bays. The safest option, particularly if you have young children is to stay on this side of Mounts Bay Road and follow the path which seems to head for the freeway but actually comes out at an underpass below the exit ramp and leads straight into John
