Whiteman Park is a 4000 hectare piece of bushland located close to the Swan Valley in Perth's north. Caversham Wildlife Park - Whiteman Park
Caversham Wildlife Park situated within Whiteman Park is popular with both tourists and locals. Although entry to Whiteman Park is free entry fees do apply to visit Caversham Wildlife Park. Wunanga Trail and Bennett Brook Railway - Whiteman Park
We last walked the Wunanga Trail way back in 2017 and were pleasantly surprised by it's quiet beauty when we walked it again in 2025. Wunanga means ‘quiet’ or ‘peaceful’ in Noongar and this trail certainly lives up to its name. Gooloorto Trail - Whiteman Park

Werrilyiup Walk Trail - Whiteman Park
The 3km Werrilyiup bush trail loops around Horse Swamp, a natural palusplain wetland that comes to life in the winter months, but is usually dry for the greater portion of the year. In the past when horses in the Swan Valley region went missing they were commonly found roaming in the lush pastures surrounding this wetland on the southern edge of what is now Whiteman Park.
