This unique and quirky playground is nestled on Reflection Boulevard in Jindalee on the foreshore of Eden Beach. There is a large grassy area, ideal for ball games, which is also used for public events such as the local farmers market or open air concerts. A path runs around the grassy area so the kids can ride bikes and scooters around the loop. The beach is also easily accessible from the playground so you can combine a play with a swim or a beach walk.
The main feature is multi level play cubes through which the kids have to climb up ropes to get to the top where they are rewarded with a big long slide. The slide is metal though so do take care in hot weather to check it before they slide down.
There is also a large ropes challenge which will test kid's strength and balance as they clamber up, down and around it.
There is a smaller ropes course for younger kids along with sand play, a toddler playground and swings.
You can sit back and enjoy the ocean views from custom built benches or shaded picnic shelters. There are also barbecues, a water fountain and toilets across the park.
Parking is available but can be hard to find on a busy day as the playground shares parking with both the beach and The Beach House.
If the kids haven't had enough climbing venture a little further down Reflection Boulevard to Marlinspike Park where there is another massive playground with picnic tables and barbecues.
